Colonoscopy

People–good to report to you all that there were no Polyp found in my
colon…colonoscopy went very well yesterday
In 2018,, they found 3 single 0.8 cm pink granular polyp and I was
supposed to go back for testing in 2021 but didn’t make it…
anyway , thanks to Buddha and positive attitude…..everything is all
good, my medical check up is good…
Went for dental checkup…just the regular filling and deep cleaning
Cataract surgery done in 2021 and got the floaters removed too…
Everyone will get cataracts!! It is just a matter of time
All is good…life is good.

Anybody going to get Colonoscopy which everyone should be doing , here
are a couple of tips….

1= drink Electrolyte 1 month before your surgery…I worked out alot
drink mixed Electrolytes with water , for dehydration and prevent
cramps–and with that acquired taste, you won’t have any issues taking
in the Suprep ….

2- most importantly- get a bidet…wow…it works wonders and feels so
clean and nice feeling the warm air drying your a&ss

*** Doctors are recommending people age 45 to get a colonoscopy now
instead of 55yrs old…why? because of the damn Processed Food!! I
have heard of people as young as 40yrs old getting colon cancer!!
